Every item is lovingly made with attention to details and crafted with high quality, and organic and eco friendly materials whenever possible.
PAYMENT:
I accept payments via PayPal. You can safely and easily pay by credit card (Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express) through Paypal without signing up for an account. All PayPal payments must be received within 24 hours of your purchase. If payment is not received within this time, I will politely remind you to please do so.
PRODUCTION TIMES:
Most items in my shop are ready to ship! Please note that most of my baby shoes are made-to-order and will ship approximately 10-14 days after you place your order. Need your order by a certain date? Please be sure to email me or note this during checkout!
SHIPPING:
Your order will be shipped via U.S. First Class or Priority mail. First Class mail packages take approximately 3-5 buisness days, and Priority mail packages take approximately 2-3 buisness days to reach their destination. All domestic U.S. orders ship with delivery confirmation.
International orders are shipped First class Mail International, and takes approximately 10+ days to arrive. International orders can be upgraded to Priority Mail International, which takes approximately 6-10 buisness days to arrive. Please note that international orders are shipped without insurance, please contact me if need this service added to your package. Recipients are responsible for any customs/duty charges.
Shipping Errors- Sorry, I can not be held responsible for shipping errors beyond our control such as damaged/lost packages or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. But I package all of my tiems very carefully and provide tracking/delivery confirmation, so shipping errors are very rare.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
I stand behind the quality of all of my items, and beleive you will love them as much as I do! But if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us in its original condition within 1 week of receiving it. We’ll happily refund you via PayPal or exchange the items for another in stock item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders can’t be returned. No refunds on PDF files or DIY Kits.
ADDITONAL POLICIES:
Gift Wrapping - All items comes wrapped in tissue paper, and are tied with pretty twine. If you like, I can also add a hand written gift note to your order. Just let me know what you want it to say when you checkout.
